Bookings
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us with a reference number.

Payment
Payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival or as agreed.

Security Deposit
The guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for the pre-authorization / security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management.

Cancellations
Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged otherwise full charges apply.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th January and notice to cancel is given on 3rd January, then 5 days’ notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days – 5 days’ notice given = 2 night charge). This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.

Check-in/Check-out Time
The check-in time is from 3pm (Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability).

Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.

Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 apartments or more, a separate cancellation policy applies; please contact us directly for further details.

Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be subject to a penalty charge.

Rate Rules & Restrictions
At check-in, we will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early the rate may be subject to change.

Smoking
Smoking is not legally permitted anywhere within the premises (this includes e-cigarettes). Guests who are found to have been smoking on the premises will be charged up to £100 to cover the cost of cleaning all the soft furnishings to remove the smell for the next guest.

Parking
Limited parking spaces are available for guests on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles must be registered at check-in. Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owners’ risk. If a vehicle is left in the car park for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without written consent, we reserve the right to remove the vehicle at the owners’ expense.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
